BUG - CAMERA STOPS MOVING

Hi! I started playing the game last night and I'm loving the story and characters. But unfortunately, I've been having this really annoying problem moving the camera. I thought at first it was related to my dualsense controller, but I tried disabling it and moving the camera with the mouse, but it still wouldn't move.
This was right after the phone call in the car with Swann's mom. After changing some things in the settings, the camera finally moved, but after a while it froze again.
It seems to be worse while playing as adult Swann in first person mode, but it also freezes in the flashbacks as well. I have to pause the game many times and wait, and after a while the camera moves again.
The thing is, I tried submitting a support request at DON'T NOD's website, but they claim the game version number is invalid (they ask for 7 numbers, but my game shows only 6). I don't know what to do to fix this. Is anyone else experiencing this?

hey, i'm having the same issue. The camera always ends up freezing but i can't seem to find something to fix it

Hey! Did you try submitting a support request in Don't Nod's website? I'm unable to do it because of the game version number. I'm thinking of contacting them over email or Instagram, but I'm not sure if they'll answer support related questions there.

If you go to Steam -> Properties -> Updates, you can submit to them the Build ID number. I just sent in a request for it, too. I'm really hoping it gets fixed 😭

Thank you! I think they previously had a problem on their website, because I managed to send the request yesterday after they made some changes on their support page. Still haven't got a reply from them yet, but let's hope they fix it 🙏🏻

No replies from them yet, unfortunately! They seem to be working on it though, because there's been activity on the ticket I sent.

hey, did they ever get back to you on this? i'm having the same issue and they just told me to lower my graphics settings
