Issues with color banding?

Hey y'all, this may not be the right place for this inquiry, but I recently upgraded to a 5070Ti, and since then, in this game only, I get huge color banding issues. All the shadows have this red/magenta hue. The only thing that gets rid of it is turning on HDR; this helps with the color, but then washes out the image. Has anyone else experienced this on the 50 series cards? It's weird that other games don't seem affected but this one is near unplayable.
