Complete Box Set achievement

For this achievement, if I missed out on a few memoirs do I have to repeat the whole game in order to get the achievement? I tried completing the memoir in collectors mode but it didn't register as complete when i change over to my main saved file.

For a memoir to count, you need to play through the entire chapter. You can do this in collectible mode. Once you select a chapter and complete it, it will return you to the chapter collectible menu. But again, you need to complete the whole chapter for it to count, even if you have played through it before.

Thanks for your help! I actually figured it out that you just have to play finish a scene (so just play till you see the save icon) and not the whole chapter in order to register the new memoir.
