Information on achievements issue in Tape 2

Hi,

We received several feedback about issues with achievements, and we wanted to share some information with you.

• "90s Chic", "Dear Diary" and "Nailed It": we found a bug which maybe forbid those achievements to unlock properly sometimes
  
  • The fix has been released in Tape 2 HotFix 1*.

• "Dead Poet's Society": currently, it is only unlockable if you helped Kat cut her hair. We will be removing this criterium, this way it will not be dependent of your level of relationship with Kat, and so will be accessible to every player.
  
  • The fix has been released in in Tape 2 HotFix 1*.

• "Geez-o-meow" (Tape 1) and "Eye See You": we found a bug which maybe forbid those achievements to unlock properly sometimes.
  
  • The fix will be part of our Tape 2 Title Update 1*.

• "Complete Box Set": we found a bug which maybe forbid those achievements to unlock properly sometimes, the counter being unable to reach the maximum.
  
  • The fix will be part of our Tape 2 Title Update #1.

*Tape 2 HotFix 1 - Patch 2.00.128634 (PC) & 2.00.128635 (PS5/XSX) (22 Avril 2025)

With the patches, those achievements would be unlockable using collectible mode in chapter selection screen, if you already progressed further in the story.
Please note that you must complete the entire chapter for the save-game to trigger and the achievement to unlock (when the game close the chapter and returns you to the main menu).

For reports about "Breakfast Club" and "I'll see you again in 27 years", we think there is misunderstanding of the requirements for unlocking them (potential spoiler alert!)

• "Breakfast Club": to unlock it, player must complete chapter "Infiltration" without Nora leaving in the present, frustrated by Swann being unable to recall the sequence properly. Nora must finish expressing her frustration for it to unlock.
• "I'll see you again in 27 years": to unlock it, player must call 'present' Swann's phone number in chapter "Alone Again".

We are sorry for the negative experience.

I've gotten to the end of the Infiltration sequence a few times and still have been unable to unlock the Breakfast Club achievement. :(

Hi mate! Just after the hide and seek part with Corey, when you can choose between something like "Kat's waiting for us..." and "Hey, we make a good team!", do nothing and just wait a bit for Nora to talk before answering.

I had a freeze in “Compele Box Set” Achievement on 95%, although I completed ALL collections inside the game. Possible reasons:
- I went through tape 1 before the release of tape 2.
- In tape 1, I did not finish 1 video with a cat and 1 with a moth, which I finished after.
- I played on Xbox.

I did everything you have described for the achievement 'Breakfast Club', Nora didn't leave once and I got Swann through the whole scene without Corey noticing her, and then at the end I said to Nora 'We make a good team', I still didn't get the achievement, is there a reason for this?

I went back to get the achievement on collectible mode, I waited until Nora was completely finished talking, and it came up, I must have pressed the dialogue button too fast originally.

What's about Breakfast Club? It's definitely bugged.

As explain in the post, we think there is no bug on Breakfast Club, but that the requirement to get it is sometimes misunderstood.
Some players just confirmed it just few posts above yours, that if you actually ensure to have Nora finish saying Swann did not recalled it correclty, it would unlock.

Do we have to complete the scene in collectible mode for it count? It seems that way now.. or is it enough to wait for the save icon?

You just need to get an auto save to trigger and then you can exit after you've picked up a collectible
