Save file for tape 2 please?

I have deleted my save file for tape 1 last month by mistake. No backup whatsoever. The file name is 0gamesave.sav

Could someone please share a completed tape 1 save file with me? Thank you!

Mb because the game have cloud saves? How could you delete those?
