This game is a lot like Life is Strange with the dialog and character bonding and such. Not much in the of dramatic events though.
Note that only half the game is here, with the other half due in April (you'll get both parts when you buy though). So unless you just want to dive in now I'd wait.
There's also an Easter egg alluding to the first LiS in Nora's garage...
im saying this as a gamer who has played all their slowly increasing woke trash games since life is strange 1
this is a sad excuse for a game. they must have fired all the guys who worked on life is strange and just hired millenial liberal women and men who think they are women to write and program this - every single thing about this game is cringe from the gameplay to the dialog.
its clear this game was made by millenial women who were fat and unpopular in highschool and never got over it
DONTNOD deserves to go bankrupt and im predicting this studio closes this year
not one person who made this game has played a video game in their life
i want to see a picture of the team because i can guarantee is all women and tr00ns whose previous work experience was being a reddit moderator

its no wonder there are literally less than 2000 people who purchased this game
let that sink in
Have these games been getting more and more liberal leaning since the first one? It's quite possible, maybe even probable. As a conservative myself, I'm not crazy about the dismissal of more traditional values. However, I'm also aware that people have different opinions than I do, so I try really hard to listen, even if I don't agree.
You can choose paths in this game that bend towards close, platonic girl friendships if you wish. You don't have to go the lesbian route. You can even tell Nora she looks great without getting another piercing, if you want to. Now, do I wish they also included more traditional choices? Well, yeah, but I'm not gonna trash the game just because it doesn't align with my (traditional) beliefs. There a lot of things going for it. It focuses on developing friendships with the girls around you, it has a very intriguing storyline, the occasional puzzle, and beautiful scenery. A lot of thought was put into this game.
I believe one of the reasons the first LiS is so beloved is because it incorporated not only progressive values, but traditional ones, too.
The 2000 people is the number of people who were playing it at one point in time. It does not count the number of people who actually own it.
DONTNOD just needs to make a profit. They don't need to make obscene amounts of money (although, I'm sure that they would like that XD).
Speaking of making money, DONTNOD would make more money if they included more traditional choices in their games, as well. Just sayin'. 😆
I 100% agree. There does seem to a be a focus on lesbian only interaction.
And we KNOW they do this because of the fandom. Ever since LIS1 with Chloe and Max, Kate and Victoria, Chloe and Rachel.
We all could interject the argument of why not including hetero romancing.
The only two I can think of was LIS2 which actually felt like a genuine player choice.
Then there was LIS3:TC that heavily teased the lesbian choice but gave the hetero option.
From here it would come down to a creative decision vs profit.
Adding Hetero = Profit
Strictly Lesbian = Creative Decision
I feel DNTND is just following the trend of their loudest players and just giving pure fan service.
1. When you assume, you look like an ass..
2 I never played that game.
3. Banishers is a ACTION RPG.. Like are you serious?
I'm making the case they should include more hetero options in their LIS style games.
Not some action fighting game with story cut scenes.
At least be consistent if you are going to attack someone else's statement with the weakest point ever!
