Chemistry ingredients (light spoilers)

In one of my playthroughs, I unlocked Chemistry pretty early on and found it very useful (there's a lot of things you can save money on and help yourself with by making it on the various chemistry / alchemy sets). However, after using up the classroom ingredients to make certain items, I ended up not having enough of acacia tree sap / gum arabic to brew a Witch's Oil at school.

TLDR: Is there any way to replenish the classroom ingredients, or otherwise acquire more of certain ingredients, if I've used them up earlier? I've brewed Witch's Oil in some of the dream locations but I can't bring them with me when I wake up.

You can find some more in the island cave. Though I suggest you save before entering to get the ones you want just in case. Also there is some in the witch's attic room, but you need to make a portal to take them.

That was my initial thought yeah, that I'd be able to buy more ingredients (in their modern variants, like out of the university cabinet) from the pharmacy.
