Short a few items and wondering if there are any sources for them beyond playthrough the game again

Ghostly Flame Branch-I know its an Izuna drop, but there does not appear to be anywhere to farm this enemy in open world. Has anyone seen them as a white pickup in any of the zones. Short three and can't remember if I have the Edo commission done or not (currently on last chapter of snake route).

Castella-Is the only source the coffee vendor in chapter 5? Accidently ate the ones I had from first run, and wondering if anyone has seen it as a random drop.

Mummified mermaid-Google doc has them listed as a drop from Oni-bi but haven't seen any yet. I need 7 more, but not having great luck with 200 lootup.

Still need to do at least one more playthrough for the NG+ ending on both routes, but would prefer to not have to think about grabbing items each chapter.
