Game running a little to fast?

So I just started this game here on steam and I noticed that the game sometimes runs a little to fast.
I just started the first tutorial missions, however whenever I dodge
I think the frame rate goes way up, because the game gets faster than before for a few seconds and later returns to "normal".
I'm running on graphics mode but maybe limiting the fps will help here? I think maybe 45 or 50 frames?
Any ideias on how to run this more comfortable?
I had a friend introduce me to this game. He has the switch version but it appeared to go in a normal speed, only dropping frames in specific moments, while in my PC the game seems like turbo mode.

The game should be running at 60fps in Graphics mode unless your PC is underpowered. If it's running less than that, turn down the settings. And I imagine the Switch version runs at 30fps because it's really weak compared to even a below-average PC.
