Game Versions

Ok so I'm given the option to play the Japanese version, the English Version or the Asia Version. I speak english clearly but it makes little sense that the game would not have the languages IN the game, unless there's cut content I can't see based on the version. And I'm curious to know if anyone knows anything about this.

As I understand it Asia is Chinese/Korean (only) and there are no differences other than the language (there's also only English text and the Japanese voices of the Japanese version stay the same). At the game's initial aunch (its release last year) you could eventually change the language in-game but now that's gone and you have to stick with those language settings when launching the Steam version (consoles usually don't provide such options and most of the time you have to change the language of the console itself when a software/app is providing different languages).

Somehow other games manage to add language settings, even if some of them are in the steam properties. It being like this on consoles isn't normal anymore either
