How to change difficulty mid-game?

How do I change the difficulty after having started a game? I'm not seeing anything in the game settings or when I check the other settings menus.

I should mention I'm playing on Hard.

Nevermind I figured it out. I didn't think about the fact that I was trying to change difficulty in a battle. You have to be outside of a battle to change difficulty.

How can you do it? I don’t see it at the title screen

It's been a while since I've played and I don't have it installed so you may want to check to be sure, but if you're wanting to change difficulty for an existing save you'll need to be outside of battle (like in a town) and go to your options section to change difficulty mid-game. Other than that I believe you can then only define a difficulty when you're starting a new game.
