how to gain power from a specific key location?

Title. multiple rouge servants have a skill requirement to unlock but Ive beaten the game and not seen anything that helps. anyone know how?

have you try search spots with r3 or leftAlt? example: in asakusa there's big lantern try press the button and there's big blue aura that's a key location

press R3/alt near the specific key location to make it appear.
-rogue archer: in front of the ruined castle in kanagawa port (bottom left of the map)
-rogue lancer: in zojo-ji shrine entrance
-rogue rider: ueno pond, accessible later
-rogue assassin: in the last area of kanda, accessible later

when can I access Ueno Pond? I'm on Chapter 4 and still cant access it

ueno pond will unlock on its own, its a bit into chapter 4 I think? its story so you shouldnt miss it. just remember to check when you get to the middle of the pond.
