Anyone know when you can carve Senju Kannon?

I've unlocked the skill tree but one of the skills says you need to carve 1 Senju Kannon statue but I don't see any new options in the carving menu for it.

I polay on PS5, but the way I unlocked it was carving water ones for the silver tongue 2 Mastercraft thing, and it RNG'd into it for me.

Thank you. I was wondering I've made about 15-20 different statues so far and I guess I've just had bad luck lol...

Can confirm. I assume its RNG from any carving, but i did water, about 10 and got it

Funny enough immediately after my last comment I tried to make some more statues and the very first one I made I got the statue lol...
