Sadly, this isn't Dynasty Warriors Empires, you can't romance characters.

MC is already landlocked in one sided romance with Tamamo Aria, Bromance with Saber, and has a brocon sister cooking for him on top of that, so I'd argue the MC's love life is pretty unstable as it is.

I'd argue it's implied that Dorothea and maybe Yui also have a thing for him

it would be nice if you could just choose one of the characters and romance them (and not only the girls).

too bad none of these get anywhere, honestly Iori is a really boring guy, even his TRUE NATURE is kinda boring, I was expecting more from him

tbf almost every single female main character crushes on or flirts with iori at some point aside from jeanne, and many players are coming from fgo which is one of the biggest pandering games there is
