Koei tends to do the whole Early Purchase thing. So I would not be surprised if it is available til Oct 12. Then again, it say preorder so I would go with that just in case. What I am gonna do is preorder, and if the game is bad, I will just refund.

I've seen it with other games as well. You buy it a bit after release and you still get the pre-order bonus stuff. Would not be surprised. We'll know in a day I guess.
