I'm going to assume it's a VRAM limitation but they also mention it's 720p at 60fps. The Switch version is likely going to be running at 30fps.

A 1060 3GB is around 6 years old, also the minimum requirement specs are 6GB of ram and an i5 from 9 years ago... you can sell that 3gb 1060 and buy like a used 1070/1080 and run the game fine... you're coping hard.

japanese devs and pubs generally put more attention to the console versions. the japanese market is predominantly console based
