Is Aperture Desk Job Canon?
Very curious to see what the community thinks of the reveal that Charlie and Grady developed the turrets, and more importantly, that Cave Johnson was actually stored in a super computer, even though it was revealed in previous games that Caroline took Johnson's position in the experiment due it not being ready in time before his death. Is this a total Retcon? Alternate Timeline? Or am I missing something else entirely? :p2turret:

I don't know. I'm confused about the timeline too. Based on established events, it should take place in the 90s. That would line up with around when Cave died, and I don't think there are any turrets in Old Aperture in Portal 2, so that would fit as well.

there are old turrets in one of the sections with the speed gel
