Transport ships

Playing the UK I have a bunch built in the colonies but I can find no mechanism to launch them there meanwhile I lose a heap to endless spawns of rebel privateers even though I went out of my way to ensure they have not a single port under their control.

It's killing my economy.

Took me an hour of watching. When it says "Transport" in the shipping section it doesn't mean Transports, it means Merchants ships.

So I was building tons of transport ships in the UK not merchants, wondering why I was getting no ships and the demand for wood was rocketing...
