Best way to handle provisions?
So, what's the best way to feed your armies? Is it to spam agriculture infrastructure in one or two cities, build the % boost building, and assign an officer to the city. Then build provision storage everywhere.

You can make 3 supply wagons at the beginning of the campaign I am speaking about the Brit campaign. Put them into big towns and they will fill up on provisions and at some point you can send them to any place to feed the hungry men. Of course you do need to upgrade to grain mills also which will help you. Any town, that has the special icon means if you apply that special business you will gain a bonus which will help in the case of provisions too. For an example I had a Fort that couldn't feed one full regiment so I moved a full supply wagon to that Fort and the food problem went away. If you think about it this way, each town needs to have food right? The more infrastructure you have the better your roads for trade helps.

Oh, thank you! Where do you see the special icon for towns?

Each town has an icon to I think the lower left you should see if that town has horses for an example you would want to build a stable there to take advantage of extra horses because of that special icon. I hope that I said icon for I don't know the correct game mechanic. Most Towns and Forts show you the resource so it's better to apply that building that will take advantage of that resource. If you have cotton which is no longer a requirement for the weaver building but you still would want to build it for it specializes with that issue.

On the right hand side there is an icon with a wagon in it. This is the Supply Network. Below each of the towns and cities you will have a number of supplies and ammunition. This tells you how much that town will contribute to your army.

As you expand your army, you must expand the number of towns and cities you control in order to provide sufficient supplies and ammunition and they must be connected to your supply system for those goods to be moved.
