Game refunds for non-Steam versions are handled by Xsolla.
The refund policy is very similar to Steam's.
A user is eligible to return the game if it has been played for less than two cumulative hours and if the return is requested within fourteen days of purchase.
Both conditions must be met for the return to be considered valid.
Even if your computer is not so powerful and you see that the game slows down on minimum settings and you do not get the pleasure that you would like to get from the game, keep in mind this company Game- Labs and the Xsolla company will not refund your money.
It’s better to wait on Steam, where you can immediately return the money if you don’t like the game..
Best regards
Over camping will significantly reduce your forces, something that needs to be watched for. Shortage of officers, funds, materials also have a detrimental impact on your ability to fight any sort of campaign. British troop numbers can be intimidating and frustrating and the fact they can be quite passive ( Drawing them out and trying to kill them seems to be rule of thumb. If they take the bait) That is until they smell an opportunity.
Overall this is my type of game. It has huge potential. With Britain being added to the game it's maybe not too much of a stretch for Europe to be added at some point.
I think Gettysburg and Civil War are brilliant games (Multi player not withstanding).
I bought the General addition of AR to help support the Developers and the game knowing that it wouldn't be available on Steam. So far no regrets Reading some of the comments I feel vindicated.
One more thing. If you have feed back, positive or negative put it in the Discord. Closed profiles are the bane of every forum I've ever been on and should be banned.
However, two days ago I had the itch to play an American Civil War game. I browsed the shop and my library and decided to give Ultimate General Civil War another try. This time I Read through the game information, and understood the basics on and off the field. It has been so much fun.
I have no doubt they will make this game just as good. I am happy to support the developers as there are too few games like this and they have a good track record.
Time and patience (and money).
You, my good Sir, just made my day.
Quick Silver gives his thoughts on the latest build and some news regarding the British campaign. Something I didn't expect and I've not seen anything to confirm it. A surprise if true.
I still am looking forward to the game's release. Big time.
No, I'm not related to or working for the developer. I'm just one consistently optimistic gamer who likes history and geography. This game could turn out to be a favorite.
