What are the requirements for the ending pls help

A common thing people miss is talking to Garry multiple times when you're relaxing. Talk to him repeatedly to build his friendship.

Also you can't get this ending on your first playthrough. When you finish the game for the first time you unlock other endings, including Promise of Reunion.
