i can't say about when the remake is going to come out with english. personally though, i've just been playing through based on my experience from playing the original so many times in order to get by. also, not understanding the language adds to the immersion twofold for me: 1, you actually don't understand all of the words in the museum, just like how ib doesn't; and 2, not understanding everything adds to the spook factor of the game.
