120hz not staying!

So i got the game today,placed the resolution to 1920x1080 and Refresh Rate at 120hz

At most of my games,putting 120hz mode on Full Screen allows me to Alt+Tab INSTANTLY between the game and Desktop witout problems...Some games that doesn't allows 120hz (just 50-60hz) ,when ALT+Tabbing makes the screen to become black for a moment,then turning on back again in 120hz mode AT THE DESKTOP

The problem with SHHC is that whenever i apply the game to 120hz,everytime i press Alt+Tab it happens what i said with the 2nd paragraph..game turns black then to the desktop...Aka even if i set 120hz in the game it's like if it's still in 60hz??...Also,when going back to the game it crashes to desktop

Is there a solution for this??

There is no need even for 60Hz becoz game has 30 FPS cap, which can't be removed.
