Deputy Wheeler Glitch?

Is there anyway to unbug deputy wheeler walking into a wall whenever he releases me from the prison cell? Ive installed the patch (correctly i hope) but he just wont open the damn door...

uninstall unknown patch then do it then reinstall

Okay so to the poor soul looking for a fix years from now I have found out why it bugs out or mainly any AI you come across ( such as Josh not running away and blocking your path in hells decent )

I am using unknown's patch and for some reason when I play with a wireless controller they bug out
When I switch to kbm it works

So there you go
