Im gonna dig into every file and try to figure this out. Hex editor goooooo
Yes I saw that. I'll find a way to get it running at 60. Wouldn't be the first time I've gotten a game hard coded to 30 that nobody could get to run at 60 to actually run at 60.
There is a value somewhere locking the renderer to 30. The physics and animation aren't locked to 30 which means there is a way and I will find it..well me with the help of some highly skilled programmer's
I've managed to enable physics on some objects as well but I've come across an issue with the map being super zoomed that I can figure out... yet
What did you do to get it working in game as well?
they tie object physics, map triggers, weapon damage...pretty much everything to the frame rate but in a way that makes no damn sense and ive never seen before.
i can get into the game proper at 60 but there are visual issues and the moment you interact with an object it crashes.
im confident with alot of time and i mean alot i could make it work nand im gonna keep trying for a while but this game isnt the greatest and im not willing to waste 40 hour of my life hex editing values that shouldnt even exist.
its like they have 2 physics engines running its odd as hell but it does explain the visual studder even when the framne rate is stable. Even more odd if you force the game to run at 24 FPS the studder goes away and the game feels smoother than it does at 30.
This is a bad port..really bad lol
At least at this point I know it's possible I just don't know if I can get it in a playable state yet.
THIS ONE WORKS
