Game crashing

Anyone else experiencing the game crashing during load screens?
It's happened to me twice now.

Yep, been working fine until today and now everytime I try and load a saved game it crashes to desktop with no error messages. Is that what you're getting?

Pretty much yeah. My game crashed in between load screens. However I looked here on the Steam discussion for Homecoming and found a patch. Mimi Praline posted a few months ago. I installed and so far, so good for me. The game is still a bit buggy, but it cashes less.

For me it crashes quite often after Descent To Hell part. After you get the Ceremonial Dagger.

This game knows to crash while loading. To avoid this, you can exit the game to windows after every save. My best guess being that this is a port game, probably written in C++, and being that port is bad, there are memory leaks. Exiting the game allows your system to recover memory.
Employing this I saved myself from crashes... for now. I did not install any patch.

I'm having the same issue. Was having a BLAST until I loaded a different section, and it just closed lol. I didn't alt-tab or anything because I was having to much fun, but I will look into that patch. Thanks guys
