I don't own this one so I can't say how well it runs once patched, but hopefully someone can let you know. It seems to at least fix the QTEs, something I've seen a few people complain about in the reviews.
the last i checked is , a load of game devs have tried to go in, without sorce code, being from "the internet" side of stuff
and they said the code was so jambled up, and has multiple engines that trying to untie physix from framerate caused issues
that being said, that was around 2013?
maybe things are different now
Edit : run the game as admin, juste once. Go to options, save and quit.
Now it's perfect.
