I tried a bit of hooking and was able to get 60fps during the intro scenes but simply making the game ignore all "Sleep/SleepEx" functions.
But in game it's still 30fps, and also the intro always freezes whenever i use window mode.
Link in the description.
PS. I'm still thinking how much fps this game can handle.
Won't animations be broken though? I mean aren't they designed to run at specific FPS?
EDIT: Added this in my guide below:

I've also added you as a contributor!
First I ran the game but I didn't have my controller on, so I exited the game, turned my controller on when I run the game now, it'll complain that the game crashed due to the video memory has ran out.
This will only happen till you wait at least 20-30secs after the game close then it'll work.
The patch works flawlessly by the way :) It feels so smooth. By the way, do you know why this game stops at certain points especially when it loads some part of the area?
One single number changes everything with fps...
Now the next step is telling the game to force vsync.
The pinnacle for this game is 120 fps but it causes extremely higher drops so I don't want to release another patch for now.
60fps it works
