I know is fake, but damn.. I want Downpour on Steam so bad. All the SH games can be played on PC except that one.

That's just an illegal fan-rip of Downpour. It'll be taken down, mark my words. If you want to play a REAL Silent Hill fan game, play Alchemillla instead!
