How are the keyboard controls, ranked 1-10, 1 being "I'd rather play it with a potatoe with a few keys attached", 10 being "The best ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ keyboard port in the world"?

It's got proper mouselook and move..none of that Resident Evil style tank controls. Think Dead Space and there you go.
