How frequent are chases in this game?

I'm interested in this game, but I really just don't find chase sequences fun to play. I know there's at least two from what I've seen online, but are they particularly frequent/difficult?

There are about four major chases in game, they're not difficult per se. There are minor ones in between. But I would suggest you to watch them unfold first if you're not actually fond of these kind of events to avoid frustration. In between there are other challenges such as minigames and puzzles, which are also fairly easy. Most of the more challenging chases come in a later area in game.
Just keep in mind having patience if you want to try the game. ( I'm also not very fond of chases in games, but was able to manage them fairly ok) :) Wishing you luck if you make up your mind to try the game.

There's a couple. Mostly should only take an extra attempt or two to finish (first attempt usually loses before you realize it's a chase lol), pretty short generally. Mirror chase is a bit trickier but the game prompts you to save just before.
