Can't use Vbridger, don't know how, nobody will tell me

I only bought this thing because it finally came out with webcam support but it does not work. And when, somehow, it does, I can't edit any of the params or settings or anything in the program to fiddle with it and make my model move smoother and cleaner in Vtube Studio.

Can someone PLEASE help me? One-on-one preferably instead of just slapping a video link or guide in my face and saying "good luck"? Not that I've been able to find a thorough guide anywhere anyway, video or otherwise. It's so frustrating.
