Summary of issue:
Kennel worker job not working properly.
Description:
Kennel worker once per day goes and places 1 piece of meat on the kennel for the dogs to eat, even if their inventory is full of raw meat. I had 5 dogs, and building to do so I left them in the kennels (sent them home) so they wouldn't sit or wander where I'm trying to work. I lost 4 of them to starvation because the kennel working only places enough food for 1 dog.
What happened prior to the bug occuring?
I had no dogs, and then when I did I was feeding them myself, placing 10 stacks of meat on the kennels and waiting till my dogs cleared it then adding more till the meat was full and no dogs where hungry.
What did you expect to happen?
The kennel worker to find meat and place it in the kennels until no more can be placed there, refreshing it throughout the shift when some meat is used/rotted.
How often does it occur?
Constantly, I tried another worker instead and same result.

I can give you my save, though I'm not sure where you want me to send it. As long as i don't have to use 3rd party websites and software it's cool. And the save is kinda past the point of me having 5 wolves. there is just the one, but the kennel worker still only puts out 1 piece of meat.

I should also tell you the survived days got reset to 0 at day 180, I don't know why it reset.
And I had a 3 year wait for an invasion and attacks. Now The invasions are working and blood moon seems to be every night.

why the h... is the npc villager sitting on the ground instead of bringing some food for the dogs...

They only supply food to the dogs at the start of each day, dogs won't eat any other time unless they're really hungry. NPC's sit down when there is no work to be done or an obstruction to them doing their job.

Problem is they're only bringing the one piece of meat per day, even with a full inventory of meat. And since that's their only job, they sit down and wait till their next objective or break/sleep.

It's been several months and this is still an issue on all of my saves. Do we have any update on why this is happening and when it will be fixed?
