Animal Respawns

After update animals don't seem to respawn nearly as fast or at all like they did.

To clarify even further, I have a village near a wolf den and every couple of days it seemed new wolves would attack my wall. After the Dec. 18 update they haven't respawned. I killed the wolf boss to see if that would fix it. And I cleared another wolf den without killing the little mounds to summon boss and it has been over 3 seasons without a wolf respawn. Hell I haven't seen those pesky smolkers around. I do have 3 fully staffed Hunter Houses, but I don't believe they are killing those animals faster than I can see them around. Plus if they were my Hunter storages would be full or near full. Anyone else have this issue?

I've noticed this too, wolf dens don't seem to respawn anymore.

Also seems animal population seem to be getting really thin.

I started with all monster and animals settings to high, monster seem to respawn like those annoying whisp, but not animals.

I'm only on day 40, but already noticed.

I'm also going to say I only have 2 hunters in 1 level 2 hut, so I can't imagine them killing them faster then they spawn.

I'm only on day 40 something, and cleared 3 wolf dens on around day 30, during winter when I had no food (because my hunter's told me they couldn't find anything so I had to build a bunch of new flags) they haven't respawned yet, but I will keep check as I progress.

Update

I'm on day 50+ now wolf dens still haven't respawned, and it seems Draugr fields are not respawning either.

I asked my brother who is a few seasons ahead of me and he said none of his wolf dens or draugr field are respawning either.

I noticed something similar but i havent gotten far enough in that game to be certain, it IS the first time i've started a game with 5 separate wolf dens that were all inactive though (usually its only one per map in my previous experience, but this time its a semi circle around where i set up my base) and so far they havent come back to active (though we JUST got through the first winter on that server, so i wasnt entirely freaking out yet either).

Yeah I'm past day 60 now and still no respawn, I rearly see deer or wolfs anymore unless I go to an unexplored area. I seen some smolkers but only a few. Here and there now, unless I go to an unexplored area. Hunting has become useless as they tell me they can't find anything unless I go to an unexplored area and put a flag.

This is a game with monster biomes and monster, wolf, and animal spawns set to high.

my deer and smolkrs stopped spawning last update too; glad this issue is reported by others as well

Not sure if any more comments will add weight to this issue, but I'm also experiencing this bug. No Wulfar dens are respawning, even though the boss spawners are undamaged and the map icon is still red.

I had a Drauger field and a Wulfar den respawn today, It was near a season change, not sure if it was summer->autumn or autumn->winter

Are you playing a balanced game or custom
Because I still haven't had anything respawn.

Agreed, I played like 30 in game days and no wolf respawns either and they used to respawn pretty quickly. And the smolkrs and fenrs are not seeming to respawn either, wildlife is at a minimum now and almost starved this winter when I've always had plenty before. Thankfully haven't run into a shortage of fish yet but there is definitely something wack with respawn on animals. My settings are also set to high population.

You may need to repost this with the required titling etc that is listed in the bug report page too? Not sure, this is my first time on the forums here.

Me too. I've been playing for 432 days. But after update the animals and enemies aren't respawning.
