Farmers Not Watering Crops

After the update my farmers have stopped watering the farm plots. I have a warehouse with two water tanks (full) next to my farm and a well that's 50/50. They have rakes and water pouches in their inventory, yet not one crop is watered. It's summer and the crops planted are flax and berries. Playing SP custom game with only the day/night and seasons cycle adjusted to max.

Hi, in the recent update the way how watering crops works has been changed, previously the plant needed to always be watered above a certain threshold, now it is only required to pass that threshold once in 24 hours for that crop to be considered watered, so it might be possible that the crops have been watered earlier and no longer need watering, anyway I would appreciate if you could zip your savefile and upload it to a cloud sharing service like Google drive or something similar, and share the link here so I can take at look at it.

Is that enough for crops to grow properly? Since it works like this now, I often find 75% of my fields at 0% water, especially at night. It feels like the occasional rain waters them more than my farmers do.
