Female face option without piercings pls!

Can we pls have a female face option without any facial piercings? Not only would that be a more historically accurate depiction of wikings but also help people that feel unconfortable with facial piercings. Those hipster noserings are particularly awfull...

I just tried the game for the 1st time but I don't seem to be able to play as a dude. Is this getting added later? Also the face options with the piercing are hideous. What sort of thing are the dev's going for here. Is she suppose to be some mythical creature or does she use here face to hammer in the tent pegs.
I can see the game is in very early alpha, maybe a little to early to be showing it off.

There's a large arrow pointing right on the character screen, try pressing it, be rewarded with big buff ol' Ragnar.

With 3rd person view it is harder to see then if it is first person but when you create your character there isn't an option to make a character without hog/bull ring in nose currently at least for female, I never created male character. I have played the demo in a few different sessions and I think it will be a pretty good game once everything gets going.
