Unable to react to get full access to discord

Hi Guys i joined your Discord there are 2x threads Welcome and Rules.
Both of those i am unable to react to get full access.
The only relevant option i see is view reactions.
Ive tested on another Dicord server and it works, the option to react is there.
Not sure what i am missing.

Issue resolved by Paige, Thank You Paige.
There i no option to react but you just click the Thumbs up on rules and it worked.

Yes I went through the whole ritual with rules add my mobile number and email..
