Are Devs Still Active? Updates?

Just wondering Are the Dev's still active on this game? there has been no updates or news of updates that i can see in a while i tried to join the discord for the game but it says click a thumbs up for the rules which i tried and cant figure how to do and at bottom of the rules page it says it says aditional steps needed when i click it it ask for a phone number to confirm? i am a member of discord with several games i play i dont play on a phone i play on desktop! My phone number is not associated with my discord! so therefore i cant join? WTF?
I certainly hope this game has not been abandoned its one of the best survival/Building games i ever played and i have and still do play alot of them!

As i know, that phone number required for confirmation is a discord feature they can use to protect their discord server from bots. There are like 17.300 members already on ASKA discord server.

And about updates, you can see on the store page on Recent Events & Announcements, there were like 3 bigger updates with last one 2 weeks ago on 25 Nov, each one followed by some smaller patches.

Thanks but how to get into the discord with the phone number thing? i tried putting my cell number in but as i said i play on Desktop and my phone number has nothing to do with my discord and it tells me the number cant be found?

Hmm, i don't remember the procedure for Aska server, but you can check your profile on Discord if you setup a phone number.

On Discord down left corner should be User Settings - My Account and check there under Display Name, Username and Email should be a phone number. If is not, try to set it up, maybe will work.

Unfortunately because many ppl were hacked with only user name and password, many companies like Google, Yahoo, Steam, Discord, Battlenet, Facebook etc, start asking for phone numbers to use for double authentication. I understand you are probably afraid some of them could sell your info, but probably your phone number is already out there through other means :)

Well i tried adding my Number to discord and seems there must be a very old Discord that i had using that number and i have no idea when or how to get into it and the only way i can add my number to my current discord is to go into it and delet that account or delete the current 1 which is not gonna happen i have many many channels i follow for game play on my current Discord i would love to be a part of ASKA discord but unless they change something i guess it wont happen! thanks for the help though

The Devs are Still active, and when you read the Roadmap it says Big Update in December, so wait ^^

Hello, sorry i've been on leave but catching up on all the forum posts and can confirm the team and myself are still active, still working hard and our last major update was only on 25 November.
I'm sorry you can't get the two factor authentication to work for you on Discord, perhaps reaching to them on customer support might help?
Sadly its very easy for bots to spam Discord nowadays so to protect the community its a security setting for anyone to join to have 2FA in place!

Hi Thanks for the response First let me say i Completely love this game! I am a Fanatic over these type games and this is the best one i have ever played outside of maybe the very first sims game which was a Open source game About a guy stranded on a desert Island after a Boat crash cant remember the exact title of it but it was years ago the early 90's i wana say and that was the first i ever seen of AI characters and there is where all the now Sims series came from. I am very glade to know this game is not abandoned many i have purchased and played of this type could have Been abandoned but could have been great games its really sad!
As far as the Discord goes i have tried everything seems that i must have had a older Account that i have no idea when i created or how to get into(getting old is a ♥♥♥♥♥!) anyway seems the only way i can use my phone number to get access to your discord is to Delete that old discord which i have no idea how to find or get into as i dont remember making it the only other option is to delete my current account thats not gonna happen i have many many games and channels i follow on discord for at this time i m a member of many discord channels so i im stuck with not being able to access the discord!
As far as contacting the support for discord itself about it im not sure how other than what i already did which gave me the info i just told you as far as contacting a real person to help i have found no option for that

ok i filed a report i think lol we see what happens
