Outpost needs to permit all workers to work outside

I have been enjoying the new outpost idea as it does help organizing and setting up small camps.

One major issue I have found is that I can only assign the builders to "work outside the outpost."

From what I can tell this creates a broken gather as my gathers keep asking for more markers when I have tons around(and food to gather in the marker) but it is outside the outpost range so I do believe the gather is not going outside this. This leads to food shortage and followers dying before I can run food out to them.

The markers have a menu. T accesses it. You then click which post uses that marker. It resets to main so i have to do it each marker i set up. Hope this helps

Devs, it would be nice to access this menu from the map!
I discovered this issue as well and first thing I did was see if I could use map to open menu to change all the flags near outpost to that outpost. But, nope, had to run all over and access each flag to make the change.
