Leatherworking

All my villagers do that are assigned is spam 'deposite and immediately then take the same item back out and thats all they do..

Seriously im getting so fed up with this buggy mess...

I had this issue today, didn't matter how I ordered the priority they were stuck in a loop with leather hide. When I removed all tasks for leather hide it sorted itself out and the villager put the leather hide to cure (despite me having to cancel the cure leather task to fix this loop). I'm not sure what is going on recently but I also read some people were having issues with carpentry/crafting axes having a similar loop

Nope they still keep doing it... im so fed up with this game tbh... my experience is just a buggy mess, and sure i get its 'early access' but stuff like this is essentially game breaking when the game is already time gated as ♥♥♥♥....

I'm having this issue as well. I think I'll just take all the leatherworking off the queue and do it manually. If anyone finds a fix, please let us know!

I'm having the same issue, I started a new world and the issue is happening in the new game as well. The solution so far was to remove the leather hide task and do it manually

Its no wonder my villagers of 55 (which already takes time getting too aswell survivng the first invasion) are cold and theres no clothes around despite putting this task on, as all they do is stand there in a endless cycle of 'deposit' and 'withdraw on leather'... I dont particular want to have to 'manually make 55 sets of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clothes thank you very much.

I took the next level armor off and put linen back on the armors got made again I have found any task for cured leather starts the loop
