No villager lights the torches
My villagers do not light torches or fires. Does something have to be done that I don't know about to light the torches or fires? thx

I know builders at least CAN light/put out torches, if they aren't busy. Though I mostly found that out through arguing with my builders over whether torches were allowed to stay lit during the day with the kirby bunnies around...I had to give my builders a few evening hours of work to get them to also light torches (or have a dedicated night schedule builder). Seems they decide whether torches should be on based on time of day, but if they knock off work before its actually time to light the torches they dont get around to it (they also suck at stocking the torches, even if they do light them sometimes).

Still not 100% sure who is supposed to be responsible for fires other than myself. The kitchen seems to manage their own during work hours, and my villagers seem to at least keep their cottages warm in winter if i keep the firewood stocked, but im constantly finding the campfire burnt out mid-winter.

They 100% need a task priority system, or customization options on each NPC.

I think id rather have my patrol barracks guy managing stone lanterns, than the builders, tbh.

I have 4 builders for night shift, and when nothing is tasked they will light torches quickly, if you have more than 2 tasks they may light a few but if you have just 2 they will light em up. Also depending on how many builders you have. If you have nothing task they will definitely light Em up quick

OK, thanks a lot. I will try to have some more workers at night.
