and i dont know if they implemented that feature for trees to regrow allready :D

you dont understand wood and stone are the basic need they need to respawn .... building take weather damage and so on everything need NEED WOOD !!! from arrow and etc

From what ive seen trees might regrow in future (we get a lot of dev posts about trees not regrowing....yet" specifically, with that "yet" emphasized). Im clearly not a dev, still figuring this game out overall so i wouldnt even consider myself a more experienced player, but i do lurk in the forums pretty often and i got the impression that the current issue with tree regrowth has to do with how the villagers/npcs recognize tree as viable for their jobs (like woodcutter). Not entirely sure of the actual specifics of that issue, thats just the explanation ive seen as i scroll through forums.

Right now, iirc, it has a lot to do with how villagers locate trees. They use the pre-generated world to find them and so they would have to change a bunch of things about how villagers work. Not to mention the rabbit hole that is deciding if they regrow from stumps, can be planted manually, etc.

My trees are regrowing. takes about an ingame year. don't tear down the young fir. they grow up. after my first winter pasted i noticed new young firs growing between my cottages. as well as flax and other things that had stopped appearing after harvesting.

trees dont regrow it confirmed by DEV so if yours regrow its a BUG you can literally search on this topic they already responded
