Change world settings are starting a game

Please let us adjust world setting after starting a game. Length of days or years would go a long way. Or implementing an admin console for users.

Unfortunately this would break AI, weather, decay, replenish rates and many other features, it's imperative that the time scale remains consistent throughout the entirety of a session.

Either way, one of my favourite games, I cant wait for future updates !
