Fishing guide? - Day 17/12 villagers

I just hit autumn and have my two hunters, my cook, my one archer, and my craftsman all in heavy linen gear ahead of winter. Just finished my second crop of flax. 8 have plenty of material to get the rest of them in light linen and will do heavy as the scraps allow.

We have a good amount of meat coming in, but I wanted to supplement it with fish, but I'm not sure at all how it works.

I'm going to summon another villager and put them in charge of the warehouse.

Can I make retrieving fish a high priority task?

Will my cook go get fish from the warehouse?

How do I make sure the fishing hut has bait?
