Mines on Beach 2.0

I am gonna try this one more time, because the last seeds I explored were a flop for what I am trying to create. I am seeking a seed with a mine on the beach/or within sight of the beach. I want to create a fishing village and I can not do that being that far in-land.

You put this seed in OP's last post, too, but I took another crack at it and did find the cave this time. It really is right next to the coast, holy heck, like 10 feet from the water.

Then there's a wulfar den just far enough NE away to not be a threat but definitely close enough for puppies or to farm leather/meat.

There's fenn (? deer) very shortly N of the cave, and just beyond that is a skellyfield for good bone/metal/blood farming.

It's betwixt beech and fir stands, and it still has plenty of flat/open space for building.

Dude you undersold the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ out of this seed, it's PERFECT.
