Not yet, it's one of the first enemy biomes, we'll make all of them destroyable in the future. The best you can do atm is to avoid them or set up a patrol marker to beat them up periodically.

We build villages next to those, set up some stonelanterns infront of barracks that are always manned. (Skeleton bruisers etc seems absolutely hate those for some reason and they are cheap to repair/rebuild) Et voila, free bonebits and jotuns/metal. Plus the soldiers gain better skills in the process. A manned healers hut somewhere closeby to ensure they dont go and die. It's easier to spot the materials if its a patch of flattened ground around the lanterns.

The 'We' is the catch phrase here, you mean you are playing co-op. To execute this as a solo player is too difficult and risky. Moving logistics, sustaining the Barrack, heal hut etc.

not gonna go the "Git gud" route, but clearing spawns isn't that difficult if you prepare. Also invest in the kennel and dogs. on my solo save, i have 4 dogs with me whenever i go out hunting/gathering and i fear NOTHING.

And how exactly are you keeping those dogs alive? The kennel is broken, so either you are carrying meat which will rot or harvesting meat on the way. The comment done before you with 'git gud' is a flame bait. I just ignore such nonsense. BTW I wasn't talking about clearing spawn and whatsoever at all, read my comment again please. I have cleared spawn with my patrol several times.
