Cook stations and firewood.
Maybe add a firewood storage bin at the grill and cook houses?

Just me or doesn't the cook use coal at all? I have to micromanage this and it is.. tedious when cooking for over 100 villagers. Since there is no regrown wood.. we have to make good use of all resources. I just want to flog my cooks when they insist on putting in firewood that should be turned to coal.
