Combat and harvesting skills have the most profound effect as they visibly raise your damage. 15-20 levels in woodcutting will have you clearing 300HP trees with the large stone axe in a few hits, same for stonecutting - once you get to 20-30 stonecutting the Jotun Blood Shards and Stone Clumps are nothing compared to your godly muscle density.
And for melee and ranged combat, a decent proficiency and a somewhat decent weapon (I'm not even talking about the current end-game iron weapons) will see you clearing existing mobs in 1-2 hits.
We will probably end up capping damage output based on the tool or weapon, but right now if you get a stone tool and +50 proficiency in anything you're basically God. We also have a cohort of baddies we haven't yet added in the game which will definitely not be one-shottable.
For charts, that's a question for the community!
