Iron Weapons And Tools Crafting

I have an NPC making these I have watched him make a large sword take to the crafting table and then is disappears. I have now gone through a mine with next to nothing to show for it. I do have a warehouse with storage for tools and weapons. Nothing in there.

Check the shelf, wall part next to the crafting bench. There is a wall where they store tools and weapons they make. Also if you built a barracks and depending on what type of fighter you made them, they will go and get whatever gear they need to fit the role of what you told them to be. So if you made a guy be a sword and board but didn’t give him anything once a shield and 1 handed weapon is made he will go take it.
