Work anxiety is because they work at an undefended location - you need to set up a barracks, assign worker(s) to it, arm them, and place patrol waypoints to cover all buildings outside the barracks radius. Then, set up a patrol route at the barracks and work anxiety should go away by the next day.

That, plus 4-5 hours of leisure time a day should be enough to keep most folks happy.

Sadly your statement about work hour is not true.

I gave 6 hours of leisure, 8 hour so sleep and the "work hour" is still negative and in red.

A single negative (-) for work hours is the minimum. (technically maximum it never goes green/positive but can get more negatives)
As far as happiness goes, work is a negative and too much work will lower the happiness even more.
So, as long as you have single pluses (+) or double (++) on other factors like Schedule balance, Sleep, Leisure, Warrior (gives 3 +++), Safety (at home and work) and the occasional altar time ... then their overall happiness should be good.
